To get evaluated for a team, please contact the director of your desired program to set up an evaluation.
Your program director will post the practice schedules on the team website as well as any team communication apps. You can always contact your director for additional support.
Yes! True Lacrosse is experienced with all levels of lacrosse players. Players of all skill levels are welcome to the program and will be placed appropriately to foster development and success.
Most programs hold tryouts annually and are open to evaluating players year round to join our programs. We hope to find the best solution for any given situation. Reach out to the director of the program you are interested in joining for further information.

In most states we offer both girl’s and boy’s training opportunities. Reach out to your local director for more information.
Yes. Contact our Directors for an evaluation. We have open opportunity for enrollment to train all year long. Travel team roster spots are dependent on evaluation and roster availability.
Yes, again this is based on individual evaluations. Please contact the Utah State Director, PJ Martin, for more information.
No. You are expected to attend all tournaments throughout the season. In case of an emergency (i.e. injury, death in family, weddings, graduations) you must contact a coach ASAP so we can find a replacement or practice player. Your final cost does not change.
Yes, we will need to have permission from both parties before we give out parent’s contact information. Once we have received permission we will then email out each other’s contact information so the parents will be able to set up carpooling.
Please check our regional training schedule.Our training "homebase" is our Central program in the greater SLC area. This is for State Teams and training players desiring the most competitive environment. We also hold regular regional skills training in: North Region (West Haven/Ogden), Mountain Region (Cache Valley), South Region (Utah County) and soon the East Region (Park City & surrounding areas).
We strongly encourage kids to play multiple sports & understand that this can conflict with True Lacrosse. We practice more than any other club in the country, so we highly recommend being able to attend as many training practices that you can. It is beneficial for players to come because of the following: skill development, team chemistry, Lax IQ, Concepts of the team, etc. Our volume allows for some players to miss occasional sessions and this is understood.
No, unless under unfortunate circumstances (i.e. an injury) which the Director (PJ Martin) & the parents can discuss when/if that time comes

2027/28, 2026/27, 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022
Black State Teams: AA level competition, mainly out of state . 4-5 events per year.
Green Teams: A level competition, 3 events, two in state, 1 out of state.
Regional Teams: focuses on regional level events inside and out of state. 2-3 events dependent on the team calendar for the year.
